For more complete instructions, including unit installation, troubleshooting etc, click the unit-type title below and a PDF of the manual will open in a new browser window.

  1. Download the MP3 file to your desktop on your PC or Mac Computer.
  2. Remove the Flash-Drive from your Playback unit and insert it into any available USB port on your PC or Mac. (The Drive should automatically register on your computer as a "Removable Disk" and, on a PC, give the Flash-Drive a drive letter.)
  3. Using a file browser, locate the USB Flash-Drive and delete any existing files on it.
  4. Then drag the new MP3 from your desktop onto the USB Drive and the file will be copied to it.
  5. The next step is platform dependent... On a PC, simply right-click on the "Removable Disk" from your file browser window and choose "Eject". On a Mac, Click the Eject arrow graphic next to the drive in the "Finder" window. Once this process is performed, remove the Flash-Drive from the USB Port and insert it into the Playback unit.
  6. The Unit will begin loading the production from the Flash-Drive (this can take up to 8 minutes). While loading you will see the light on the unit blink slowly. Once the unit finishes loading, the light will glow solid. Proceed to step 7.
  7. Call into the phone system and get placed on hold, then adjust the "Volume" on the playback unit to your taste.
